The second studio album by the American alternative metal band Deftones, featuring the addition of Frank Delgado in additional personnel who would later become an official member in 1999. This influential release blends aggressive guitar work with atmospheric textures, marking a pivotal moment in the evolution of alternative metal. Includes the standout tracks "My Own Summer (Shove It)" and "Be Quiet and Drive (Far Away)", both of which helped define the band's signature sound. The track "Headup" features guest vocals by Max Cavalera of Soulfly, co-written as an emotional response to the loss of Dana Wells, Cavalera's stepson and a close friend of Deftones vocalist Chino Moreno.
